Today we went for a sunny walk in the parc des Rapides, where you get great views of the powerful Lachine Rapids. There is something almost moving about seeing all this water flowing down the St. Lawrence. The park is right on the site of an old power generating contraption, and is artfully designed. There is about 1 km of walking in the park, which we accessed by metro L’Église on the green line, then bus 58. We walked 3 km north to Angrignon Park afterwards, and walked around the long skinny lake. Near metro Angrignon, we happened upon a late flock of Canadian geese. Thanks to all!
