Sunday was ?the second ski class for this group. By the end of the class we were ready to explore Mount Royal’s smaller forest trails and put our new skills to the test!
We practiced snowplow (a technique to slow yourself down on downhills). It’s the same as for downhill skiing but a bit harder, because your heel isn’t attached to the cross-country ski, so you have less control.
