Découvrez le grand, beau parc-nature de la Pointe-aux-Prairies dans l’est de l’île tout en marchant et en pratiquant votre français et anglais lors d’un échange linguistique… lors de la journée « Soyezparc actif » !
Apportez votre pique-nique. Beau temps, mauvais temps (on ajustera la sortie en conséquence).
Quand : Dimanche 27 septembre. RdV au métro mont-Royal à 10h45. Retour en fin d’après-midi.

Coût : 10$ (entre 5$ et 10$ si nouvel arrivant à faible revenu) plus taxes pour la randonnée. Votre inscription soutiendra notre organisme à but non-lucratif – merci d’avance !

À noter : tous sont bienvenus à participer gratuitement et sans réservation aux activités physiques multi-générationnelles offertes lors de la journée Soyez Parc Actif, entre 10h à 12h. Au menu : chasse aux insectes, rallye découverte de la faune, défi Cardio Plein Air. Au Chalet Héritage, 14905 rue Sherbrooke Est. Si vous participez officiellement à ces activités matinales, afin de vous encourager, nous sommes heureux de vous offrir votre randonnée et échange linguistique en après-midi gratuitement.

Discover the Pointe-aux-Prairies Nature Park, East Montreal’s biggest park, while going for a hike and practicing your French and English… the same day as a number of activepark initiatives!
Bring a picnic and an OPUS card. We’ll get there by public bus. The outing will take place rain or shine (we’ll adjust the route depending).
When: Sunday September 27. Meet at Mont-Royal metro station at 10:45 am. Return in late afternoon.

Everyone is invited to attend the many free, multi-generational activities happening in the park from 10 am – 12 pm, including looking for insects, learning about animals in the park, and doing a fun outdoor cardio workout! No need to register for these morning activities that will be happening onsite at the Chalet Héritage, 14905 Sherbrooke East. If you participate in these morning activities, we are happy to offer you your afternoon hike/language exchange with us for free.
