🌿 Join our well-being walks led by Robin, a graduate in sports and psychology. Every week, we delve into the physical and psychological benefits of walking in nature, an essential element for our mental and physical balance.

📅 When? 8 sessions on Tuesdays from 5:45 pm to 7:45 pm, starting on April 16th.

Session Content:

  • Simple exercises and techniques inspired by psychology, sports, and nature.
  • Group discussions and exchanges on various topics.
  • Alternating between active walks and gentler phases, including static moments for exchange and reflection.


  • Based on the principles of kindness, non-judgment, respect, and active listening.
  • Each walk is designed to be independent, but following the entire program is recommended for coherent progression.
