Orienteering and Survival Skills – Tuesday evening

We are excited to offer you a one-of-a-kind activity that you won’t want to miss! Join us for an adventure in the great outdoors, where you’ll learn essential hiking skills and experience the beauty of nature in a whole new way.

During this activity, you will learn:

How to use a compass
How to plan a safe hiking route
Navigation without tools
What to do if you get lost in the wilderness
How to stay safe in perilous situations
Essential equipment for hiking
How to navigate at night using constellations
How to choose a campsite
How to start a fire with a flint and steel

Equipment:
Compasses will be provided.

Schedule:
There will be a total of 8 sessions, including 7 sessions that will take place every Tuesday from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. There will also be one evening session on a Tuesday from 8pm to 10pm, where you will learn to navigate at night and observe the stars. This special session will only be organized at the last moment, depending on the weather (clear sky).

Activities will take place rain or shine.

When? 8 sessions on TUESDAY evenings from 5:30pm to 7:30pm starting on April 25th.
