Intercultural Skating

Intercultural Skating

“Intercultural Skating” activity is to meet once a week to practice skating together while getting useful tips to progress. This activity is also designed to encourage interaction between participants.

– The sessions are not skating lessons per se. Rather, they are a moment of exchange between individuals of different levels who want to get together to practice skating in a fun way.

– Where to meet: Meet in Lafontaine Park, right next to the pond. Here is the exact link: ici

The park is a 15 minute walk from Sherbrooke metro or Mont-Royal metro. Buses 11 and 14 stop nearby.

We will be in the BASEMENT of the big building on the edge of the pond called ESPACE LAFONTAINE, near the skate rental counter

The outings will take place every Friday starting at 4:30 pm and will end around 6:30 pm.

– The activities will take place rain or shine on the Lafontaine Park skating rink

*Please note that depending on weather conditions, some sessions may be held on the refrigerated rink in Mount Royal Park. ici

In this case, you will be informed by email the day before to organize yourself accordingly.
